Yes. We require a deposit equal to one month’s rent as well as your first month’s rent before moving in. This is subject to credit approval and we may require an additional security deposit amount.
There are four key things applicants need in order to rent one of our properties:
3x the monthly rent in income (must provide proof of income)
A credit score of at least 550
Positive references from your previous landlords
No history of evictions, foreclosures or bankruptcies in the past five years
Yes. We have a non-refundable fee of $39.95.
No. Currently, all of our properties are only available for rent.
Yes! We do require an upfront security deposit for approved applicants before filling out the paperwork for section 8.
